BBMP now offers tax payers to pay property tax online for the year 2013-14, if 2008-09, 2009-10, 2010-11, 2011-12 and 2012-13 details are available online. The good news is that there are no transaction charges for the card users.

FOR PAYMENT GATEWAY ANY BANK MASTER/VISA CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD CAN BE USED FOR MAKING PAYMENTS.
* Debit card issued by any bank can be used for online payment of property tax but the card holder is advised to ensure the card has been enabled for online transaction.

 

Payment can be done by any credit/debit card issued by any bank with following payment gateways:
  • IDBI Bank
  • Corporation Bank

  or  

Payment by Net Banking:

  • ICICI Netbanking(Only For ICICI Bank Account Holders)

Kindly ensure BESCOM & BWSSB connection R.R. Numbers(Meter Number)* are available with you for updation in the system.
If there are more than one R.R. Number, enter them with separated by comma.

Form-IV (White form) should be filed by those property owners where there is no change either in the extent of built up area, usage (residential to non-residential or vice versa) or its occupancy (owner occupied to tenanted or vice-versa), or category from the Return filed in the previous year. Select appropriate Assessment year from below.
